The fifth editorial committee meeting of “Valve” magazine was held in Wenzhou

    The fifth editorial committee meeting of “Valve” magazine was held in Wenzhou Jiangjun Hotel on May 29 th. This meeting was cooperated by Zhejiang Chaoda Valve Co., LTD and Luofu Valve Group. Some famous experts in China valve industry and editors from the fifth editorial committee and some leaders and experts from local valve industry, totally about 50 people took part in this meeting.

    The opening ceremony of the fifth editorial committee meeting of “Valve” magazine was held in the afternoon on May 29 th, 2010. This meeting was hosted by Li Chunhua, the chief editor of “Valve” magazine. Wang Hanzhou who is the president of Zhejiang Chaoda Valve Company and Ge chenxin who is the president of Luofu Valve Group addressed separately. Li Mingzhang, the famous expert in China valve industry and the general engineer from the former China Valve Association, also made an important speech.
 

   Some senior experts in China valve industry took part in the meeting, such as Li Mingzhang, the general engineer from the former China Valve Association; Du Zhaonian who is a professor from Lanzhou University of Technology;  the general engineer of SHK Valve Group,Guan Shuxun; Le Jinghua who is a general engineer in Lanzhou High & Medium Pressure Valve Company; the vice president in Kaifeng High & Medium Pressure Valve Company, Lu Huancheng; Gao Kaike who is a general engineer in Suzhou Neway Valve Company, and so on.

   It has been 8 years since Oct. 2002, the establishment of the forth editorial committee of “Valve” magazine. During 8 years’ development of “Valve”, under the leadership of Shenyang Valve Research Institute, with the support and help of large number of readers and the author and editorial members, the magazine has been gradually matured.
 
   Since 2002, “Valve” has been published for 44 issues, the circulation was about 250,000, and papers were 716, industry information and advertisements over 1000 pieces (pages). Not only that, “Valve” was successfully developed in overseas and has entered the international market. Now it become an important window of showing the development of China valve industry, the bridge of communication with foreign advanced technology.

 Since 2005, Zhejiang Chaoda Valve Co., LTD established “ Chaoda Cup” excellent article award in “Valve”, from then on, first prize of excellent articles were 10 pieces, and second prize were 54 pieces, and large number of readers took part in actively the selection activity of excellent article. As the national high-tech enterprise, Zhejiang Chaoda Valve gave much care and support to the creation and development of “Valve”, made a contribution to the academic exchange and technical progress of valve industry. Through the establishment of “ Chaoda Cup” excellent article award, which more effectively encouraged valve scientific and technical workers to actively publish paper.

   According to the recommendation of the forth editorial committee of “Valve” and valve editorial department, the fifth editorial committee of “Valve” was established successfully, including 45 members and the manager of editorial committee was assumed by Yin Yujie who is the “Valve” magazine director of Shenyang Valve Research Institute, 38 committee members and 6 technical consultants.
 
   The list of “Chaoda” 2009 paper award was announced in the meeting, and authors of the first prize, Zhang Shuangqing who is from Beijing Valve Company Research Institute and Jiangqi who is the assistant of general manage of SUFA Technology Industry Co.,Ltd.,CNNC, were awarded certificate and prize. All people in the meeting made a discussion about how to make “Valve” better and some of them offered some critical proposals.
